Sunday Night Movie

Hey Hey

As you can imagine I have been tranfixed with my Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl DVD's. So this weeks Sunday night didnt involve a movie... but TV Shows.

I managed to watch the whole 22 episodes of Vampire Diaries in 4 days, however on Friday and Saturday i had no chance to watch episodes, and i watched one that whole time.

Sunday included both Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl, since I finished VD and started GG.

But I did manage to watch one movie this weekend.

Nelly and I finally wacthed Inception. And we loved it.

Seriously people if you haven't already you should make your way to the movies to go and watch this.

I heard from so many people on Twitter how good this movie was, but I didnt know what to expect and I was not only surprised, but excited at the prospects this movie plants in your head.

Nelly and I also could not get enough of Tom Hardy in this movie... my oh my isn't he great?!

Its the lips that we love... and the acting!

I just thought it was a great movie all round, and the performances by the whole cast were just AMAZING! Joseph Gorden-Levitt, Leonardo Dicaprio, Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard and everyone else, especially Tom Hardy haha.

ok all, thats is all from me for now.

xoxo Connie.

Sunday Night Movie

KILLERS

Ashton Kutcher & Katherine Heigl

This may come a week late but at least I still made it!
LAST Sunday Connie and myself went to the movies to see Killers in it was Mr.Hottie Kutcher.
First we had some nice dinner at a place called 'Biagios' where we had some yummy Lasagna and then we randomly decided to go to the movies and see whichever movie was running first.
We were glad to find out it was Killers which we were both happy about because...do I really have to tell you?No, I'm sure you know lol.

thanks to www.imdb.com
If you love Ashton and Katherine, then you will love the movie too.
It's very funny and cute oh!and you get to see Kutchers ABS lots haha.

thanks to www.imdb.com
Ashton played a bad boy 'Spencer', where killing professionally is his job.
But deep down he really wants a normal life where he can for example get to know his neighbours and not keep travelling.

It gets very serious when pretty much everyone who's in his life wants to kill him...
but it has its hilarious moments too.
I don't want to mention any because I don't want to spoil it for anyone, you should watch it.

Now who wouldn't want to see that when the doors of the lift you're in opens.

...you can see how distracted I'm getting with Kutcher by having the responsibility of making a post about a movie he's in haha.
Apologies but i can't help it.

I'm not sure if I ever mentioned my little obsessions with Mustangs (car, not actual horse..that would be weird lol).
Well I was already loving the movie...but when a hot little red mustang came along! Well that just made it!

The movie was great with a very funny end, I would suggest this if you like Kutcher and Heigl.
They both are pretty good in it, just like they always are in any other movies.

Sorry if some things may not make sense in this post or if it's too boring, it is 3.50am Sunday and I'm going to sleep now.
BTW I call this dedication :p

Persaverance

Hello!
Perseverance is a little pub/club in Fitzroy on Brunswick street we went to this past Friday night.
Connie has been there I think ... two times?
It was my first time there and I quiet enjoyed myself there.
The music was from the 90's and 00's which was AWESOME,
the crowd was very normal which was good for a change.

Thanks to www for Picture.yourbars.com.au

Connie, Nelly & Leigh
This was after a few shots if you haven't noticed.
we love shots =]

We were the first three to get there because Leighs girlfriend and our friend Caetlyn were busy and met us later.

That was the screen saver at their reg...hey shh, everything seems awesome when tipsy :p

If you're not aware of it, Connie LOVES the Pies (for the non australian readers, pies is the mascot for collingwood which is one of the teams for the biggest sport in Aussie land here)
Loves is not a strong enough word to explain her Passion for footy and her all times fav team.
Look at her tryn to reach up haha how cute!

Drunk Biatches haha.
They're so funny I love these two, if you want to go out to have a great time then these are the ones to go with.

Being my usual crazy.

Busting some Moves on the Dance floor
you should see her life, she goes off haha.

one or two hours later our friends Caetlyn and Jess joined us which was good fun!!

I must add a highlight before i forget:
While dancing for no reason i turned around to look behind me, when i looked back to the group Connie was gone!!
The music was loud but I could hear Connie yell...I looked down ...and there she was on the floor laughing hahaha.poor thing!
Even if her heels her gorgeous as, that thin heel wasn't much of support.
Her ankle is now swollen, but she's a tough girl.

Here are the three girls again =D

The Night was very successful, we had lots of fun and lots of drinks. It was the first time going out after many weekends of just stayn at someones house because winter is soooo0o boring and cold!
I'm reeeeally looking forward to summer!
everything is better in summer,
The Beach which results in beach hair, nice tan and you get all the pretty dresses that hang in your wardrobe.
You can also go to more places than in winter, and you're in a better mood.
But that's just me.
=]

That is all for now, I hope you enjoyed this post.
Sunday Night Movie coming soon from me.

Sunday Movie

Wolf Creek

As you saw from the previous lovely post Connie posted, we went away for the weekend. Now in that post it all seemed lovely and fun but what you guys don't know about was our trip there.

We had our navigator, yes, but that still didn't really make us not get lost and freak out! haha
(yes I'm laughing now, but we sure wasn't then!!)
This was all in the last 15 minutes of the ride there by the way.
So Connie and myself were driving..the navigator lady said the name of the street which is where our destination was, but then all of a sudden everything got dark...we end up in this forest, the rain wouldn't calm down and we were lost!
It all happened so quick!
Because Connie goes to this beach house every year if we were anywhere near the house she would have known, but obviously not because Miss Navigator took us the back way.
So we decided to make a u turn but the only way of doing it was in a 3point turn and it was in a very muddy side lane. First thought was of course "wheel please don't get caught in THE MUD!!"
Luckily Connie turned that 3point turn into a 10point turn so we slowly but safely got out of there!
Eventually after calls to our friends and lots of driving around we made it to the beach house safe, but what it all reminded me of was the Australian movie Wolf Creek.

 picture thanks to www.joshworley.blogspot.com

...Minus the creepy guy and the car breaking down...and everyone getting killed.
ok so it may not be exactly like Wolf Creek, but the Fear was definitely close to Wolf Creek.
Have you seen it before? It's a pretty creepy Movie, since I watched the movie I can't stand the actor who played the creep in it.
What did you think of the movie?

I once actually drove near where they did the movie from Melbourne to Adelaide and i was soo scared of the car breaking down lol.

Anyway once we got to the beach house, we drank those fears away with some nice Malibu and Coke =]

BTW: Apologies for the mass delay for the Sunday Movie,it's now Sunday the week after...whooops.

At least I ended up posting this eventually haha.

Thanks for reading

Sunday Night Movie ...

Hey everyone, so this week Nelly and I got together to discuss ways to make the blog a bit more fun and a bit more active on our end.
So I suggested that we do something that we could do weekly, like my monthly addiction segment haha.

This is the way this will work, every Sunday (usually) in turns we will report on what movie we will be wathcing that Sunday, and usually we will try to relate it to where we are at in life etc.

I had the first go and dropped the ball already LOL. but here it is only a few days late.

The Movie I have chosen is Nine to Five

Last week all I remember doing is work. I came in to do so many different things. With everyone saying that they have the top priority thing for me to work on. (you see I am the Administrations person for a team of four, with an additional person to the team who i work for as well. i have four different bosses, five if you include their boss)

Last week really took a toll on me. I was working so hard and only getting recognised for the faults in my work.

My official boss sat me down and we had a discussion about how much I had on my plate and after some tears fell on my cheek, she decided that from now on all work that i was to do would have to go through her first.
you see i am only 19, and have been in the workforce for less than a year - and since taking on a new role have taken responsibility for a lot. And my body and my mind are verrrrrrrrry tired.

So to cheer me up i decided to watch Nine to Five. It made me not only laugh but also, it made me happy not to have to work in the same environment as them hahaha.
i should be happy i only have female bosses!

anyways watch the trailer above :) and enjoy!!

XOXO Connie
