The Beauty of Your BFF forgetting things at your house!

My dear friend Connie often sleeps over at my House,
and when she does most of the time she forgets stuff.
like her Toothbrush, her glasses (which she can't drive without), her make up bag (every girls best friend)
or her CUTE set of rings

ain't they pretty?
that night they went VERY well with my outfit i wore to a family dinner =]


This other time she forgot something that once again was very useful!
more than the set of rings i wore and no1 noticed anyway...


HER SEASON ONE GOSSIP GIRL DVD's!!!!!!

all of that following week I had it off because Uni was over, and i was finally able to catch up on GG properly.
Now i can finally start on Season Two without having to ask Connie things like
"who's Georgina?" 

so hopefully sometime soon we should have a GG2 marathon hey!what do you think Connie?

Dona's Birthday: Friday

Hello all.

So on Monday one of my sisters turned 18.

So to celebrate her 18th Birthday i took her and her best friend to what used to be my favourite friday night hangout Jimmy Rowes in Essendon.

The night was good, but not great.

But Dona said she had a good night, and it was the place SHE decided to go to, so she didnt complain!

The problem with Jimmys lately, is that the people I used to go there to see no longer go.

And all the other people have stopped going too, since the newly turned 18 year olds have taken over no one wants to go (and IMO rightfully so)

BUT the music was ok, and that makes it a bit better!

The resoning behind going on Friday night was that we are having the whole family over today (Saturday) and so we cant go out.

So that is what Nelly and myself are up to tonight, we will update you all tomorrow.

hey hey!
So today was my day off and usually i stay home bludging,facebook and other stuff but instead today i went to the beach (Lorne) with my two cousins which was two hours drive..BUT so worth it!

Sand so clean and fine and the water was beautiful too!

As if any1 would drink saltwater ew!...anyway...





On the way there we drove through a little town called Anglesea, which is where Connie and myself went for SKOOLIES! =]
the whole time we drove through i was smiling because each corner had a memory haha
so connie these pictures are for you lol

excuse the blurryness i couldn't really make them stop so i could take a picture of a restaurant lol

that's just a random pic of the little shops,and on the laft side would have been that little entrance to the coles or safeway?maybe IGA? i forgot....

 AND THIS ONE was where we had our only proper meal for the time we stayed there haha.we were all eating like hungry dogs.ohh goood times!

Another thing i had to post on here is this house!like omg id be too scared to live in there in winter when it's windy. Especially with the beach right infront of you!

I know..sorry that you can't see it properly, but can you see how it's on nothing!the only thing that was holding that little house was a big fat pole,just like a bird house!

Anyway in the end we finally arrived at the beach, and i thought it was funny how there were lifeguards!

it's probably not funny but it's just that so far the beaches we've been to didn't have them...which is actually bad haha!

 So yeah that's a pic of the cute Lifeguard. Lol at the Seagull on the left, looks like it's laying an egg haha

I couldn't help myself to do that (Dames De Fleur of course =]  )

And as a souvenir i bought myself a cool hat    =D

that way i won't sunburn my head again!how can that happen with long hair anyway???well it happened to me!

Every time i visit a beautiful place i feel like i have to bring back a souvenir home, if it's a shell,Hat,nice bathers, key ring or like at Skoolies, a box where a bottle of 'Cowboy' used to be in (alcoholic beverage which you should sooo try)

i don't know, i guess i'm just weird that way.

Teddy Teddy... On My Wall?

OPINION please...

Ok, so i know that as of yet we have no viewers or whatever... but if anyone out there does care, i want to know what your opinion is on this fabulous vintage picture I found in my Shed.

The colour is all wrong here, the Richness of the green in the background has gone and with it has gone that life i love in it. But none-the-less, i would love someone elses opinion... so comment plsssssssssssssssss!

If the general opinion says that i should keep it then I will go out and buy a wooden frame, as i think it would make it look more authentic.
Otherwise my Mum is going to take it away...

Talking about Teddy bears, I hope you're all donating something to the children of this world who will not be getting christmas presents.
I will be at work :)

You see my work has this wonderful program that i think is simply marvelous!
Instead of doing Kris Kringle the ordinary way, we will pick someone out of the hat, as tradition, but when it comes time to buy the present, we have to buy it as if the chosen person is a 10 year old. And then that present is donated to the Smith Family.

IMO, it's a great initiative that gets people excited! And you're all being charitable which is always a bonus!

Ok, so as the name of the blog mentions, this is our first ever blog. How exciting and cool is that?


This Blog is the work of two marvelous young Melbournians. Nelly and Connie.
As youngsters, we often get bored and think of what cool new things we can do with our time. This years winner is "Make a New Blog".

So here we are, starting our first Blog. And we know that maybe no one will ever read it, but we will keep at it for fun.
Hopefully all you awesome peopel will enjoy reading about our (sometimes) average lives.


So what will this blog be about exactly?
Well, it will be about whatever mood Nelly and me (Connie) are in at the time of the post.
Generally we like to talk about lots of random shiz, so now you will be in on our secrets.
And if you thought that all that drama only really happens on TV we are here to prove you wrong. You see. in our short time in the world we have experienced some funny/sad/wild times.


It may not sound interesting... but I can tell you, we come up with some of the most random things to say and do. And we sure do entertain people!


Ok, so im guessing that now you want to know a bit about us.
I will start with me. Connie. I am a 19 year old working girl.
No i don't work at KFC (anymore), I have a real job, at a desk in a large company. But i wont be mentioning as i know that they do some intense media monitoring  =P
I am in love with Fashion, Gossip Girl and Audrey Hepburn. What more can a girl want in her life? I dont know ask Nelly...

Ok so let's talk about me!My name is Nelly!..yes like Nelly Furtado or the rapper lol

I'm 19, currently at uni....kind of...i will be taking next year off, but anyway that's all boring stuff.

I LOVE my Music, Photography, Family and Friends!I love going out wether it's out dancing in a random club in our awesome city in Melbourne or just at the beach. I love all kind of movies, funny, sad, action packed, love storys...as long as the movie is not long and pointless then i'll watch it.

We are two very close friends who share everything!

We get up to some pretty random stuff when we're together and we'll be writing all about it in our cute little blog, and lucky you gets to read it all =P
