Another weekend, Another good memory!

Hey Y'all

Sorry we've gone a bit rogue again and forgotten about blogging.

This would work better if we weren't so busy living life, so we can blog about it.

It would be pretty boring if we never did anything wouldnt it?

So anyways, enough excuses... lets talk party :)

Saturday night was our friend Justins Birthday, so we all headed down to The Deck.

The Deck is one of our (well mine for sure) favourite places to go on the weekend.

It plays good music, it usually has a great crowd, and on top of all that you can get the best Kebabs across the road. (Be careful of the Onion smell in the morning)

Anyways, as I haven't done a post on my love of Collingwood, you may not know how obsessed I am with my Football Team :), the point i am trying to get at is that The Deck is partly owned by St. Kilda Footy Player Nick Reiwoldt, and so it can be a hotbed for other Players.

However, in the 3 times before last weekend,that Nelly and I have gone there we have never seen one (when you dont include Nick himself who was there my first time)

Ok, so back to Collingwood, this time when we were at The Deck there were two Collingwood Players there.

Jack Anthony and Brad Dick. I loved that i was at the same place as two of my favourite players!

Nelly managed to snap a pic of Jack and Me. it is a very nice photo if i do say so myself.

So that is enough talking i will share some photo's with you now.

That was our weekend, sorry we're so late in posting this, its nearly the next weekend already!
This weekend, though we have no concrete plans for Friday or Saturday night we know we are staying home on Sunday, and going to watch the Australia vs Germany World Cup Clanger at crown, at 4am on Monday morning. Followed by a day at the footy - as it is Collingwood vs Melbourne Queens Birthday Match!

I think i have gone on long enough now.

Hello There,

Connie and myself haven't been out (as in just us two) for way too long, so we thought it was about time.

This was decided just the night before when after a friends get together Connie drove me home and then we stayed in the car talking for 3hrs. All that time the Heater was on, once we had our Discussions,D&M's,made plans and farewelled the car didn't start!

I had to push the car a little but luckly it was downhill so it wasn't too hard, but I like to pretend I was strong :P
At 3am Connie called her daddy and he had to come 3in the morning to jump start her car...haha the adventures we had in that awesome littlesexy car too funny...maybe we should make a special post about it?What you think Connie?

So anyway on Sunday we were meant to see a movie first and then have dinner but because Connie got carried away playing Bratz on her brothers Nintendo, we missed the movie and had Dinner first which was really Good!

The name may not sound appealing but OMG the food is!!!And it's all soooo healthy and YUMMY!!!

We firstly had both a Crispy Chicken Burger with LOTS of avocado:

It was a HUGE but Delizioso Burger..nom nom nom

We were pretty full after the Burger but a family on the table near us was having dessert which was fondu chocolate with Strawberries Bananas and Marshmallows:

 On our way out Connie accidently broke a Glass....hahahaha too funny, and then we made our way to the Movies!!

We went to see The Break-up Plan

...with Cutie pie Alex O'Loughlin and Beautiful Jennifer Lopez.

Such a good Romance Comedy.

 TBH I did expect more but the few funny scenes were soooo Hillarious that made the movie worth it watching. One of the Funny things in it were Zoe's (JLo) Doggy:

After The movie I felt like getting myself a dog like that too,  and by the way the Dress she's wearing in this picture is so0ooo nice!!And the Shoes too!

I wanted to cry when in one of the scenes RED WINE!!Gets spilled all over it!

Of course it had a Happy Ending.

After The Movies Connie drove me home (naw what a sweety) and we said a quick bye bye because we were scared to waste her car's battery again haha.

Rick's Birthday

So on Saturday night, or friend Rick (Huseyin really, but Rock since school) had his 20th birthday at Crown Casino... but the Pub in there.

We headed down on the Train (it's wayy cheaper!) and then caught a taxi to Crown (was too cold to walk).

Crown Pub is one of our favourite places, mostly cos they play awesome R&B music. The only problem with the place is that it is a teeny tiny area with like hundreds of people in there! you have to room, and all you want to do is dance.

Anyways, we caught up with a few of our friends. We had a little to drink, and the night was mostly good. You know there are times in the night when you wish there was more room, and then you stop enjoying the night.

But other than that it was a slow one for Nelly and I.

At the end of the night, we ended up at the Bar downstairs where our friends Leigh and Bobby were just sitting and drinking. So we grabbed another drink and danced to some of the old school music. Despite being the only ones to dance in the whole place it was a lot of fun :)

So that about tops the outtings for this past weekend.

THIS MONTHS OBSESSION IS...

KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS :)

I absolutely freakin' love this show!

I used to watch it when I had Foxtel, but then we got rid of Foxtel and I sort of lost interest, etc.

Last month we got Foxtel back (YAY) and of course I was glued to E! so I could catch up on the latest season of KUWTK.

I just think these ladies are so great! All of them!!

You know i think they all get a lot of slack from the Media, but I just think we should all be as smart and independant as these women.

They don't give a crap what people think about them, and that is truely inspiring.

I mean sure, sometimes they do things that aren't entirely lady like, but the fact that they show that on TV is so great.

They can show a whole generation of girls that being rich and famous isn't always what they think it is.

But they also show Success can come along at any given moment.

And most importantly they show that Family is what really matters.

Sure they fight, and there are certain family members (more extended than anything) that can make my want to hit them, but at the end of the day what they're show is about is Family Support.

with Support you can achieve anything, and they have the strongest support their Family.

And you know what else I love about this show - that they remind me so much of my family.

As you know I have two sisters, and a brother. And our age gaps are VERY similar to those of the Kardashians.

Of course, we dont have two younger sisters as well, but you know this is fairly close.

The first time I watched this show was with my sisters, and we straight away saw the resemblance between the two families.

For example, I am the oldest - and of the siblings I relate to Kourtney the most. I am bossy, and like to be in control of every situation. But at the same time I am the one who wants to have fun all the time.

Dona - The Middle child- considers herself as Kim. She is very self absorbed (No offence to anyone, it is in a good way), she does the least work, but expects the most attention. And she is smart when it comes to the work she has to do. She knows what she wants and she goes for it no matter what. That is her best quality.

Alba - the youngest girl. The most similar pair are Alba and Khloe. I mean if you put them in the same room I think they would be like identical. Despite being a few years apart. Alba is by far the funniest of the sisters. She is someone who gets by on her humour. She is also the tallest of the three, and freakishly strong for a girl. When I watch Khloe I am always thinking of Alba, they are just so similar! you wouldnt believe me!

And finally my little brother Nino - he is definitely the Rob of the family. He is heavily influenced by others, and gets crushes easily. He is a good looking little bugger, and so very annoying. But he is the most lovable.

If you havent watched it yet, what are you waiting for... you can catch up on last season while it's still playing on E!.

And if you want to get to know the girls better go on their twitters, and their websites! They are great!!

I just think this show is truely amazing and I can't wait til' Season 5 starts.

Until then I will have Kourtney and Khloe take Miami to keep me entertained :)

P.S did i mention that my sister Dona saw Kim K at the Optus store in Bourke Street Melbourne. AND despite knowing i work around the corner didn't bother to tell me to go have a look until 40 minutes after she had left. Thanks again Dona! :P

WE'RE SORRY FOR THE NEGLECT

Hey Hey

We're really sorry for the neglect to the blog lately.

When we started this we thought it would be so easy, but coming up with things people actually want to hear about is not only difficult but also time consuming.

At present, both of us do not have the time to post.

We both have full time jobs, which includes early mornings, long days and a lack of sleep.

As such we often just say "I will post something later" then when later comes we find another reason not to post.

This does not in any way mean we plan on quitting on the blog, it just means we plan on only posting a few things.

And hopefully one day we will get our act together and show this page the love and affection it deserves!

I know this sounds like a bunch of excuses, but we thought we would at least let you know why we only occasionally post.

Thanks for listening (i mean reading :S) to this tiny vent, i promise to make these few and far between.
